Job Responsibilities:
1. Process system construction: Responsible for the main goals and plans in the area of responsibility, formulate, guide or assist the upper management to implement relevant policies and systems;
2. Training management: formulation of annual training plan, organization and implementation, tracking, feedback and evaluation of training activities, management of training files;
3. Labor relationship management: employee "entry, transfer, transfer and resignation" procedures, roster maintenance, real-time attention to employee dynamics, employee interviews, and interview reports;
4. Performance management: take the initiative to go deep into various departments to understand the key assessment indicators, assist the leaders to complete the implementation of the performance assessment plan; assist in various performance assessment tasks;
5. Recruitment assistance: assist the company in the recruitment process;
6. Social security and provident fund management: increase and decrease personnel handling, annual audit, work-related injury management and other related work;
7. Attendance management: compile monthly attendance summary table and maintain vacation account;
8. Employment certificate and health file management: review whether employees have complete qualifications for employment, and manage and maintain health files;
9. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, major in human resource management, labor and social security, business management, etc.;
2. 3 years or more of human resource management work experience, two or more modules of practical experience, 25-30 years old, working experience in the same industry is preferred;
3. Have good professional ethics, be practical and stable, be good at coordination, and be full of teamwork spirit;
4. Hold a C1 driver's license and be able to drive independently.
