Requires:

1. Bachelor degree or above in pharmacy and related majors, more than 2 years of working experience in drug research and development, familiar with the whole process of new drug research and development;
2. Familiar with the operation of conventional inspection instruments and small and medium-scale production equipment, and be able to carry out pharmaceutical research in accordance with CTD requirements, including process, quality, stability research, process verification, pilot production, and collation of application materials;
3. Able to carry out data retrieval independently, and be able to consult Chinese and English literature proficiently, and those with good English proficiency are preferred;
4. Work rigorously, have a strong sense of responsibility, have certain organizational and coordination skills; have excellent professional ethics, dedication and teamwork spirit.
