Strictly follow the inspection procedures to test the raw materials, excipients, intermediates, finished products, packaging materials, and reserved samples for sterility, bacterial endotoxin, microbial limit and antibiotic microbiological testing;
Skillfully operate the instruments used and fill in the instrument use records in time;
Responsible for the maintenance of the managed instruments;
Responsible for the annual verification of pressure steam sterilization and digital blast drying oven;
Responsible for the use and storage of the culture medium, and report the procurement plan;
Responsible for the disinfection and environmental monitoring of the clean area;
Responsible for the use and storage of all strains, and report to the procurement plan;
Responsible for the use and storage of LAL reagents, bacterial endotoxin test water, and bacterial endotoxin working standards, and report to the procurement plan;
Ensure the safety and sanitation of clean areas and general working areas;
Record the temperature and humidity in the area under your jurisdiction to ensure that the temperature and humidity meet the requirements;
Responsible for the storage of items required for biological testing;
Do a good job of self-protection for high-risk operations;
Responsible for the regular identification of glass measuring instruments (such as volumetric flasks, burettes, pipettes, etc.) and the recording of ledgers.
Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.


QC biometric qualifications:
1. College degree or above, major in pharmacy, biological science, etc.;
2. Familiar with drug GMP and microbiological testing methods;
3. Serious and responsible work, solid work attitude, able to withstand certain work pressure;
4. Those who have more than one year of work experience in drug bioassay are preferred.


Strictly follow the inspection procedures to conduct instrumental inspections on raw materials, auxiliary materials, intermediates, finished products, and reserved samples to ensure the accuracy of inspection results and issue inspection records in a timely manner;
Proficiency in operating liquid and gas phases and filling in the instrument use records in time;
Responsible for the maintenance of the managed instruments;
Responsible for the annual verification of liquid phase and gas phase;
Responsible for the treatment of waste liquid and empty reagent bottles;
Ensure the safety and hygiene of the work area;
Record the temperature and humidity in the area under your jurisdiction to ensure that the temperature and humidity meet the requirements;
Responsible for the storage of items required for instrument testing;
Do a good job of self-protection for high-risk operations.

QC Instrument Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, major in pharmacy, drug analysis, preparation and other related majors;
2. Familiar with the operation of liquid phase inspection equipment, master the principles of HPLC, UV, IR inspection equipment, and be able to skillfully use, maintain and maintain HPLC, GC, UV and other analytical instruments;
3. Familiar with office software;
4. Familiar with relevant knowledge of drug inspection and relevant laws and regulations of the industry;
5. Strict and responsible work, hard-working;
6. Those who have more than one year of experience in drug testing are preferred.

Carry out physical and chemical testing of raw materials, auxiliary materials, intermediates, finished products, packaging materials, reserved samples, and process water in strict accordance with the inspection procedures;
Skillfully operate various physical and chemical testing related instruments, and fill in the instrument use records in time;
Responsible for the maintenance of the managed instruments;
Responsible for the annual verification of infrared spectrophotometer, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer and atomic absorption spectrophotometer;
Responsible for the preparation and calibration of standard solutions and titrants, re-standardization, management, requisition and distribution; responsible for the preparation, requisition and distribution of test solutions and standard solutions used in the workshop;
Ensure the safety and hygiene of the work area; 
Record the temperature and humidity in the area under your jurisdiction;
Responsible for the storage of items required for physical and chemical testing;
Do a good job of self-protection for high-risk operations;
Responsible for the collection and storage of precursor reagents;
Responsible for the collection of toxic and drama reagents.
Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.


QC physical and chemical qualifications:
1. College degree or above, major in pharmacy, biopharmaceutical, analytical chemistry and other related majors;
2. Familiar with the use, operation and maintenance of conventional testing instruments and equipment, and have good statistics, analysis and processing capabilities for testing data;
3. Those who have more than two years of experience in QC physical and chemical testing in pharmaceutical companies are preferred.
